The Almighty Tortilla

The almighty tortilla is a versatile medium to transfer food into a mouth. Literally limitless possibilities maybe put inside of a tortilla.

You could quickly fry up some spam and quickly roll it up with some rice and cheese and maybe a splash of hoisin for some sweetness and you have an amazing Moco loco style burrito.

Or...

Perhaps very quick beef and cheese burrito.

I can't think of a single thing that isn't amazing in a burrito format.

Last week, I made some warm pasta salad...

For lunch today I'm going to roll some of that up into a tortilla with maybe a dollop of sour cream in there...
